The Clubhouse

The Stansbury Park Clubhouse is located at #1 Country Club on the shore of Stansbury Lake, directly across the street from the Golf Course Pro Shop.

The Clubhouse is a community event center and is great for hosting parties, weddings, family gatherings, banquets, meetings, community activities, and more. The facility may be rented by residents and non-residents alike. Because the operation of the building is subsidized by tax dollars, residents living within the boundaries of the Stansbury Service Agency are given a discounted rate when renting.

Patrons may choose to rent the upper floor, the lower floor, or the entire building.

The upper floor of the building includes a large entry lobby, a large event room, and a large kitchen. Rental of the upper floor also includes using the upstairs outside deck.

The lower floor boasts a large meeting room that opens to the lower patio, an adjoining bar area, a small kitchen, and a lobby. Rental of the lower floor includes the use of the outside patio.

Both floors have bathroom facilities. An electric range, a sink, and a refrigerator/freezer are available in each kitchen.

Each floor can accommodate up to 100 guests, with tables and chairs available on each floor.

For more information, to arrange a showing of the building, or to schedule an event, please contact our Clubhouse at (435-882-6188) to schedule an appointment.

Contracts must be signed, and fees must be paid before the rental date will be saved. Proof of residency is required to receive the resident rate.

  • No person or organization shall be allowed to lease the Clubhouse for regular daily, weekly or monthly use. The clubhouse is considered to be an ‘Event Center’ rather than ‘Space for Rent’. The time and space in the Clubhouse are to be reserved for one-time events, such as weddings, funerals, family parties, business events, club meetings, political events, community events, etc. Space may be rented for multiple day events, but not on a regular basis.
  • The Clubhouse may be rented by residents and non-residents. Residents receive a discounted rental rate because they pay taxes, which are used to subsidize the operations of the Clubhouse.

  • Any exceptions to this policy must be authorized by the Service Agency Board of Trustees.
