Stansbury Park Pavilions and Gazebos

PARK & GREENSPACE RULES Parks are open from Dawn to Dusk each day. All pets must always be on a leash. Pet owners are responsible for the clean-up of pet droppings. Fires, camping, golfing, and fireworks are prohibited. Barbecues and/or open-flame cooking are allowed only in designated areas. Loud, lewd, illegal, and/or nuisance activities are prohibited. No gasoline-powered vehicles or equipment are allowed on the grass. No littering. Garbage must be placed in designated receptacles or hauled off. Smoking and/or the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. No commercial or business activity is allowed except as authorized by Stansbury Service Agency.

DEPOSIT A $100.00 excessive cleaning deposit is required. The deposits can be held by either a credit card or a check payable to the Stansbury Service Agency. Pavilions may be reserved by coming into the Stansbury Service Agency office at 1 Country Club, Stansbury Park, Utah, and filling out a Rental Agreement. The signed Rental Agreement and rental fees must be received, by the office, before the pavilion is considered reserved. For inquiries regarding the availability of the pavilions, please call the Service Agency office at #435- 882-6188. The pavilions may be rented for a half-day or a full day. Half-day rentals are from Dawn to 2:00 pm or from 2:00 pm to Dusk. Any renters wishing to span the two half daytime periods must rent for the full day. Full-day rentals are from Dawn to Dusk. All Parks are closed for use from Dusk to Dawn. Reservations will be refundable up to 7 days prior to the rental date with a $10 processing fee assessed. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.

  • Half Day Hours - dawn to 2pm or 2pm to dusk Full Day Hours – dawn to dusk.
  • Free use of SSA facilities is limited to non- profit organizations holding meetings or events that are of benefit to the community, as a whole. Persons or organizations holding commercial or for-profit events are not allowed free use of SSA facilities. No person or organization may use SSA facilities for free events that are meant to be advertising for a commercial enterprise. Any commercial venture using the parks or greenbelts, as a part of its business activity, may not set up signage or transact business within the park or greenbelt boundaries.
  • Free use of the Clubhouse is limited to the main floor conference room, unless otherwise authorized by management or the Service Agency Board of Trustees. Organizations or individuals, using SSA facilities for free, are subject to all of the same rules and policies, as apply to paid rentals.
  • Government agencies, providing services to the community, as a whole, may qualify for free use of SSA facilities, and likewise are subject to all of the same rules and policies that apply to paid rentals.
  • Charitable organizations wishing to hold events for the benefit of a worthy cause, as determined by the Board of Trustees, may be granted free use of SSA facilities.
  • Resident military personnel being deployed into harm’s way, or returning from such deployment, are allowed free use of SSA facilities for a farewell or homecoming gathering. Non-resident military personnel are offered the resident rate for similar gatherings.
  • The SSA does not rent or reserve the grassy areas, playgrounds, and non-pavilion picnic areas within its parks and greenbelts, with the exception of the sports fields and facilities. Except for sports fields and facilities that have been assigned to designated sports programs, all SSA facilities may be used on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The SSA Board of Trustees reserves the right to allow, limit or deny free use of any, or all, SSA facilities, to any individual or group, at anytime, excepting current or past Board Members. Further, in the event of conflict between conflicting requests for free use, the SSA Board of Trustees reserves the right to resolve the conflict in the manner selected by the Board in its sole discretion.

    PAVILION/GAZEBO HOURS
    The pavilion and gazebos are available to rent everyday excluding holidays. They may be used or reserved between dawn to dusk.
    Rentals can be arranged for a half day or full day.

    SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
    All of the land and facilities that are owned and operated by the Stansbury Service Agency have been designated as No Smoking Zones. This includes the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Lake, and all Parks and Greenbelts.
