All parade entries must be decorated, or you may be turned away at the staging area and not be allowed to participate in the parade.

All parade participants must be wearing appropriate attire for a family event.

Upon approval, you will be emailed a parade entry tag with staging location in your parade packet. Every entrant must print and place the provided assigned parade entry tag to the front passenger side of every vehicle in your entry. Entries without a clear and properly placed tag will be removed from the parade. Parade entries will line up as they arrive.

For the safety of parade entrants and spectators, nothing may be thrown from a parade entry. ALL items, including but not limited to candy, balls, Frisbees, etc. must be distributed by parade participants walking along side your parade entry. Walkers who are distributing items must maintain the pace of the parade. Parade entry vehicles should not stop to wait for walkers to distribute items

No water balloons or water may be thrown or sprayed along parade route.

All motorized entries must be driven by licensed drivers.

Parade participants cannot enter, exit, hang on, hang off, or hang over a moving entry along the parade route (no jumping in and out of moving entries). Parade walkers/parade riders must keep their same position during the entire route.

ALL entries (including 4-Wheelers, Motorbikes, ATV’s and hot rods) must drive straight down the parade route. No weaving in and out, squealing tires, peeling out, or driving recklessly.

No semi-trucks will be allowed in the parade.

All large motorized entries must have a minimum of two spotters walking at the front sides of the entry to ensure safety as the entry travels down the parade route. Stansbury Service Agency encourages all entries to have spotters. Spotters should not be handing out any items (ex: candy).

All entries must complete the entire parade route, which ends at the intersection of Country Club and Frontage Rd. This applies to all entries, including those registered for other parades and events. Entries will not be able to turn off the parade route until then.

Entries cannot stop at Country Club Dr and Frontage Rd intersect. Please proceed to unload at the closest parking lot. DO NOT park and leave your float there.

All entries must keep up with the pace of the parade. Do not allow large gaps between entries. Entrants who actively perform during the parade (i.e. dancing and tumbling) must continue moving forward and must not come to a complete stop at any time during the parade.

Horse entries should park and unload at the Church of Jesus CHrist of Latter Days Saints on Bayshore. All horse entries must provide their own “Pooper Scoopers” to follow them through the entire parade route.

The Stansbury Service Agency and the Stansbury Day Committee reserve the right to refuse or remove any entry deemed as creating a possible safety concern or not adhering to the parade rules and guidelines.

By agreeing to or signing this General Release, I acknowledge that I have read its contents and disclosure, that I understand its contents and disclosure, and that I agree to its terms and conditions.
